The all-time legend Spicy Pollo, is back and better than ever. Tender pulled chicken thigh in a bold sundried tomato sauce mixed with creamy mascarpone, red peppers, spinach, oregano & a kick of red chillies. Or if you’re craving something fresh, meet the reimagined Pesto Genovese, made with sunflower & pumpkin seeds.

Our best-selling pasta sauce, meets our best-selling mac & cheese in a match made in heaven! Time to indulge in this gorgeous extra cheesy mac & cheese with creamy bechamel, macaroni and of course (tonnes of) melted mozzarella & Gran Formaggio shavings.
But that’s not all! We’re bringing a new fave, our heart-warming Creamy Mushroom Gnocchi with spinach gnocchi from our friends at Sunny & Luna, mushroom pesto, creamy bechamel, roasted mushrooms, spinach and melted mozzarella.

Strap in, there’s more… We bring you our heart-warming new soups. Kicking things off, we have the Tuscan Kale & Bean soup, a warming, tomato-based broth of beans, kale, carrots, roasted garlic, paprika & a little chilli. An absolute must-try!
If that doesn’t do it for you, how about a comforting classic, the humble Ribolitta. But in true Coco fashion, we’ve put a new spin on this classic dish with a delicious variety of chicken, spicy ‘nduja, peppers, beans, kale, roasted garlic & paprika.

Last, but definitely not least, we’re introducing our delicious new signature ciabatta range.
The Mighty Muffaletta brings you layers of salami, ham, mozzarella, cheddar, roasted peppers, sunblush tomatoes, garlic aioli and sundried tomato tapenade. We call it the king of sandwiches for a reason! The Steak Tagliata is packed with tender rare steak and a hit of balsamic, and the Sicilian keeps it plant-based with grilled aubergine and creamy Superstraccia® from our friends at Julienne Bruno. All served on fresh ciabatta, just the way you like it.
